In addition, we assist in matters involving the cancellation of a lease agreement or extension of a commercial/residential lease.


• Evictions: Our eviction attorneys assist landlords in facilitating evictions when a tenant has failed to pay rent or violated the lease agreement. We help ensure the proper procedures are followed. In addition, we represent tenants who have been served an eviction notice.


• Landlord/tenant disputes: We handle all types of disputes and litigation that can arise between residential or commercial tenants and landlords, such as failure to pay rent and eviction disputes, lease disputes, renter's rights/tenant's rights disputes, landlord discrimination, habitability and repair issues, and other commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes.
