Dallas handles a broad range of civil litigation matters. These include trust and estate disputes, such as will contests, lack of capacity and undue influence claims, breach of fiduciary duties, and probate and trust administration litigation. He has successfully prosecuted and defended financial elder abuse claims alleging the misappropriation of money or personal property. Additionally, a large share of Dallas’s practice is devoted to construction defect-related litigation. He has a record of obtaining favorable results for his clients in the courtroom. Dallas offers practical advice and places a premium on thorough preparation.
Dallas is an active member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, Linn-Benton Bar Association, and Marion County Bar Association. He was raised in Florida and Idaho. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
